We specialise in coaching:
  • Road running: 10km, half marathon, marathon and Two Oceans Ultra marathon (or equivalent).
  • Trail running: 5-55km races. 
How it works:
  1. Complete a simple form to provide your schedule, running background and history.
  2. Your coach sets up your profile on the easy-to-use app, and personalised to your schedule, level and goal.
  3. Your runs are uploaded for every week.
  4. Your watch syncs with your app (or you can provide manual feedback), allowing the coach to monitor your progress, give feedback and plan ahead.
  5. Your plan is month to month. So you can cancel anytime, pause for a while or only use the service as needed.C

Returning to running: Coaching for injury recovery.

If you are recovering from an injury, struggling with recurring or persistent niggles, or finishing rehabilitation, consider our coaching option.
